Each employee may plan and submit PTO requests for Sundays and Wednesdays equal to the number of weeks they are granted for the year.

Example: if you have two weeks of PTO for the year, you are allowed to have two planned Sundays and two planned Wednesdays off for the year

Example: if you have three weeks of PTO for the year, you are allowed to have three planned Sundays and three planned Wednesdays off for the year

• This Sunday and Wednesday limits only apply to planned events and requests.
• We understand emergencies and unexpected illness may occur, and time off for these reasons does not count towards the Sunday Limit.
• When requesting a Sunday off, include:
  • the reason you are requesting off that Sunday
  • how many planned and unplanned Sundays have you missed so far
    • Example: Vacation 2 planned Sundays 1 unplanned
    • Example: Child Sick 1 planned Sunday 2 unplanned
