A choice of investment funds is offered through Empower. Oaks Church reviews its matching program annually based on the available budget. The matching program and percentage may change from year to year. currently, you may choose any whole percentage or flat dollar amount to be deducted from your bi-weekly salary and Oaks Church will match up to 3%.
