All full-time employees will receive 5 ministry days per calendar year for participation in Oaks Church ministry endeavors.

• Ministry Time is used to go serve rather than to "be served"
  • Example: Attending a conference to 'receive', is not considered "Ministry Time"
  • Example: Attending a missions trip or summer camp to serve as a volunteer is considered "Ministry Time"
